We’re looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer who understands the mechanical engineering manufacturing process, mechanical concepts, and innovative design.
Our ideal candidate:
- Has experience with mechanical engineering calculations and FEA analysis.
- Is familiar with AutoCAD Inventor and 3D modeling.
- Is interested in the design process for R&D projects or steel manufacturing processes.
We have an exciting and unique opportunity within our Mechanical Design Team for someone who is self-motivated, possesses great communication skills, and works well with a team. We are looking for someone that has great time-management skills and is a natural problem-solver and exhibits the ability to apply engineering fundamentals practically.
With these skills, you will be provided the opportunity to work in a supportive team environment that will test and grow many engineering disciplines from fundamental calculations and FEA analysis through to material and component selection and the generation of dynamic models and detailed manufacturing drawings. Following the process, you will be the supporting engineer that sees the project through from manufacture to final commissioning.
