Plastic Applicator

Placed between the uncoiler and infeed guides, the plastic applicator applies film to the top or underside of the coil.

A spring-loaded rubberized roll ensures a smooth surface with no folds or air bubbles. Initial application of the film and feed up through the infeed guides is a manual operation, as is the cutting of the film after job completion.

The plastic applicator can be run on both single and dual level machines.
